    • A 90-minute guided session including Orientation, Grounding, Active Breathing Exercises, Release, Reconnection, and Reflection. Reiki can be incorporated for a deeper healing experience.
    • Includes a 15-minute absorption period for journaling, rest, and integration.
    • Available in-person or remote: $150.

  2. Individual Reiki Healing Experience
    • A 90-minute session designed to reduce stress, ease grief, and promote healing through Reiki energy work.
    • Includes a 15-minute absorption period for journaling, rest, and integration.
    • Available in-person or remote: $100.

  3. Breathwork Couples Healing Experience
    • A 90-minute session tailored to couples, fostering connection and mutual support through Breathwork, including Orientation, Grounding, Active Breathing Exercises, Release, and Reflection.
    • Includes a 15-minute absorption period for journaling, rest, and integration.
    • Available in-person or remote: $250.

  4. Breathwork Group Event Healing Experience
    • A 60-minute guided group session that takes participants through Orientation, Grounding, Active Breathing Exercises, Release, Reconnection, and Reflection.
    • $35 per person.
  5. Breathwork Corporate Business Healing Experience
    • Customizable sessions for businesses, tailored to large or small groups, promoting team wellness, stress reduction, and focus.

  • What to Bring:
  • Yoga Mat or Blanket: For comfort during the session. A camping air mattress works great too.
  • Eye Mask: To help block out distractions and focus inward.
  • Blanket: To keep you warm and cozy.
  • Pillow for Behind the Knees: Provides extra comfort and support.
    • Note: Avoid pillows for your head unless medically necessary, as they can close your airway.
  • Journal and Pen: For writing down reflections, emotions, or insights during the Reflection period.
  • Keepsakes or Crystals: Special items to help set a meaningful intention for your session.
  • What to Wear:
  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax fully.
