Come Home to Yourself.
Pause. Breathe. Live.
Breathwork, Reiki & TRE™, brought together to help you regulate, release, and reconnect, one on one, in groups, or with your team. Bend, Oregon and online.
Why Confluence?
A confluence is where rivers meet. Each one carries something different, and together they become stronger than any one alone. Breath, Reiki, and body-based work do the same, each helps on its own, and together they help you regulate, release, and come home to yourself.

Meet Chris Thier
I'm Chris, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and breath and body practitioner based in Bend, Oregon.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I work with people navigating stress, transition, emotional weight, and the desire for meaningful change.
Through breathwork, Reiki, and body-based practice, I create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what may be ready to shift, without judgment or pressure.

Dave R.
To be of service, authenticity, compassion, and spaciousness allows people to feel safe enough to explore, release, and reconnect, and Chris embodies those qualities beautifully.
Maeve Perle
Chris is a gentle soul, and the space he created was warm and inviting. His compassion and heartfelt guidance helped everyone feel safe and heard. The use of headphones made the session feel very private, with no distractions, just healing.
Adam Tutor
Chris is all heart. From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel held by his genuine care and tenderness, essential qualities for guiding others into places of emotional depth.
