Your healing journey doesn’t end when the session does. Whether you joined us in person or virtually, the work continues in the hours and days that follow. You may notice emotional shifts, physical sensations, or new layers of clarity — all of which are part of the natural healing process.


What You May Experience

Every session is unique and unfolds differently for each individual. Here are some common post-session experiences:

  • Deep relaxation – A sense of calm, emotional lightness, or stillness.
  • Increased energy or clarity – A refreshed state of awareness, focus, or motivation.
  • Emotional release – Tears, laughter, or other expressions as the body clears tension.
  • Physical sensations – Tingling, warmth, or a sense of spaciousness in the body.
  • Scatter-brained or tired – Temporary fatigue or lack of focus can occur while your system rebalances.
  • Heightened awareness – You may notice vivid dreams, sharper intuition, or deeper inner connection.

These are all signs that your body and energy are integrating the experience.


How to Support Your Integration

Integration is a key part of your healing journey. Whether you attended in-person in Bend, Oregon, or virtually from another space, the following practices will help you care for yourself in the days following your session:

Rest & Reflect

  • Give yourself permission to slow down.
  • Take space to process and allow insights to settle.

Hydrate & Nourish

  • Drink water generously to flush toxins and support energy flow.
  • Eat grounding foods like soups, vegetables, and grains.

Be Gentle With Yourself

  • It’s normal to feel tender, emotional, or even tired.
  • Don’t rush back into productivity — honor what your body needs.

Journal or Meditate

  • Write about what surfaced during your session.
  • Quiet reflection can help anchor new insights or feelings.

Move Your Body Gently

  • Engage in light stretching, yin yoga, walking, or simply shaking off residual energy.
  • Movement helps support energy flow and integration.

Spend Time in Nature

  • Stand barefoot on the earth, lie in the sun, or take a slow walk outdoors.
  • Nature grounds you and reconnects you to the present moment.

Soak in a Bath

  • A warm bath with essential oils (lavender, frankincense, or eucalyptus) can soothe your nervous system and help integrate energy shifts.

Honor All Emotions

  • Let feelings move through without judgment.
  • Tears, laughter, or emotional waves are welcome and healing.

Prioritize Rest

  • Give yourself extra rest or sleep if needed.
  • Integration often happens best in stillness and quiet.
